Availability and prices
Rental prices vary depending on the time of year. Rates for 2026:
From April 25 to May 9 (spring break) = €1,300/week
From May 9 to June 6: €1,200/week
From June 6 to June 20: €1,300/week
From June 20 to June 27: €1,500/week
From June 27 to August 22: €1,700/week
From August 22 to September 5: €1,400/week
From September 5 to September 12: €1,300/week
From September 12 to September 19: €1,200/week
From September 19 to September 26: €1,100/week
Villa Champie is a holiday home with a private swimming pool in Pradons. This villa is the ideal place to spend the perfect holiday with family or friends in complete tranquillity. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
This holiday home is a haven of peace, guaranteeing you privacy and relaxation. The terraces offer breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and hillsides.
Bookings can be made for whole weeks, from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
Check availability for the period you require or ask us your questions using the form below. We will be happy to answer them and will send you a rental contract with the terms and conditions of your booking.
The booking is confirmed on receipt of the signed contract AND payment of the 30% deposit.
The remaining balance (i.e. 70%) plus the rental deposit (€750) and tourist tax (€1.43/night/person over 18) must be received by us no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels can be provided on request and at an additional cost:
- 15 € for sheets per occupied room.
- 7.5 € for towels per person.
Availability and prices
Le client pourra annuler gratuitement sa réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant la date de son arrivée. Pour autant que ce délai de 30 jours soit respecté, le propriétaire s'engage à rembourser la totalité des montants versés par le client. Par contre, si l'annulation a lieu dans les 30 jours qui précèdent le début de la location, les montants versés par le client resteront acquis au propriétaire. Pour éviter tout désagrément, il est vivement conseillé au client de souscrire à une assurance annulation.
