The three-star Villa Champie is located in the hills above the village of Pradons. It is fully equipped to accommodate 8 people.
Situated not far from the river Ardèche, at a good distance from the neighbours, in the middle of vineyards, orchards and hills, it will offer you comfort, well-being and tranquillity. Close to the towns of Ruoms (3 km) and Vallon Pont d'Arc (13 km), it also offers countless cultural and sporting activities.
Nature lovers, come and discover this haven of peace under the sun, close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cévennes park.
Who we are ?
Fans of hiking and various sports, nature lovers, Nadine and I fell under the spell of the Ardèche, with its rivers (the Ardèche, the Chassezac), its gorges, its green countryside, its sunshine and the authenticity of its people.
We live in Belgium, in the Namur region, where the Meuse and Sambre rivers meet. We made our dream « of one day living in the sun » come true at the end of 2021 when we bought this villa in Pradons.
