Large kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, American-style refrigerator with freezer, microwave with integrated oven, dishwasher, and various small appliances (percolator, espresso machine, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, juicer, toaster, etc.). A large pine dresser contains pots, pans, plastic containers, etc.
Two French doors provide access to the exterior: one to the parking lot, the other to the pétanque court.

Bath and pool towels can be provided on request and at an additional cost per person.

The private swimming pool is heated and under guests' responsibility. Not overlooked.

A gas barbecue is available. It must be cleaned after use and cleaning equipment is available at the end of the rental period. In the event of non-compliance, €50 will be deducted from the rental deposit.
Cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The house must be left clean and tidy on departure. In the event of non-compliance, €200 will be deducted from the rental deposit.

Unfortunately, given its location on a sloping site and the different levels both inside and out, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
