Large, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, built-in oven and microwave, American-style fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and various small appliances (coffee maker, espresso machine, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, juicer, toaster, etc.). All the necessary crockery, pots, pans, plastic containers, cutlery, etc., is provided for 8 people.
Two French doors lead outside: one to the parking area, the other to the pétanque court.

The private swimming pool is heated and under guests' responsibility. Not overlooked.

A gas barbecue is available. It must be cleaned after use and cleaning equipment is available at the end of the rental period. In the event of non-compliance, €50 will be deducted from the rental deposit.
Cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The house must be left clean and tidy on departure. In the event of non-compliance, €200 will be deducted from the rental deposit.

Unfortunately, given its location on a sloping site and the different levels both inside and out, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
