The cellar is located outside, near the Pergola terrace. Here you'll find the washing machine, electric tumble dryer, three standing tumble dryers, and pool equipment such as a landing net, air mattress and games.

Bath and pool towels can be provided on request and at an additional cost per person.
Bed linen can be provided on request and at an additional cost per room occupied.

The private swimming pool is heated and under guests' responsibility. Not overlooked.

Private parking for 3 cars
A gas barbecue is available. It must be cleaned after use and cleaning equipment is available at the end of the rental period. In the event of non-compliance, €50 will be deducted from the rental deposit.
Cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The house must be left clean and tidy on departure. In the event of non-compliance, €200 will be deducted from the rental deposit.

Unfortunately, given its location on a sloping site and the different levels both inside and out, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
