Spacious bedroom with a large double bed (180x200), walk-in closet, and sink. A French window provides direct access to the pergola terrace and pool. The second window is equipped with a mosquito net and an electric shutter. The bedroom is equipped with a very quiet pedestal fan.

The private swimming pool is heated and under guests' responsibility. Not overlooked.

A gas barbecue is available. It must be cleaned after use and cleaning equipment is available at the end of the rental period. In the event of non-compliance, €50 will be deducted from the rental deposit.
Cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The house must be left clean and tidy on departure. In the event of non-compliance, €200 will be deducted from the rental deposit.

Unfortunately, given its location on a sloping site and the different levels both inside and out, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not allowed
