40 m² living room with dining area and crockery for 8 people, sitting area with fireplace, television, home cinema, DVD player, wifi, board games, tourist/restaurant/rando information.
Four French windows bring a maximum of light into this space and give access to the terraces: two to the pergola and swimming pool, and two to the panoramic terrace overlooking the hill. Electric (solar-powered) shutters complete the package, keeping things cool.

Swimming pool terrace
A private octagonal swimming pool, six metres in diameter / 1.20 metres deep, bordered by a wooden terrace with sun loungers, parasols and solar shower. The pool is heated during May, June and September. It is also equipped with a fall detector.

Bath and pool towels can be provided on request and at an additional cost per person.
Bed linen can be provided on request and at an additional cost per room occupied.

The private swimming pool is heated and under guests' responsibility. Not overlooked.

A gas barbecue is available. It must be cleaned after use and cleaning equipment is available at the end of the rental period. In the event of non-compliance, €50 will be deducted from the rental deposit.
Cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The house must be left clean and tidy on departure. In the event of non-compliance, €200 will be deducted from the rental deposit.

Unfortunately, given its location on a sloping site and the different levels both inside and out, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
